Career Acceleration Sessions

At Role Ready, we specialize in nine high-impact career coaching sessions across three different tracks. Each track represents a different stage of your career search, from clarifying where you want to go in your career, through attaining and transitioning to your new role. See below for brief session descriptions.

Each session includes a:

  1. Thought-provoking pre-work activity delivered via our secure app (web or mobile).

  2. Powerful 50-60 minute coaching session designed to help you think more comprehensively about the session topic.

  3. Email support, as needed, in-between sessions.
