I founded Role Ready Executive Coaching as an extension of my role as a senior HR leader. Across my 15 years in Human Resources, I've watched talented people struggle through transitions that should have been wins, and seen teams underperform not because of a lack of capability, but because the leader leveraged the wrong leadership approach at the wrong time.

Onboarding path

The first 100 days set your trajectory. This path helps you build the clarity, stakeholder alignment, and early wins that establish your credibility.

 

You'll build a success hypothesis, a stakeholder strategy, an execution plan, and more tailored to your specific context.

High-performing team path

If you are a technical leader looking to elevate your people management skills, your expertise has gotten you to where you are today. However, leading people requires a different playbook.

This path helps you assess your team honestly, develop as a people manager, and build the culture and accountability systems that unlock higher team performance.

Start with a free conversation

Discovery Session:

Before either of us commits to a coaching engagement, we connect to determine if working together is a good fit.

 

First, I share a quick overview of my coaching style and approach.​​ Then, you share the challenges you're facing that, if addressed, would unlock the greatest growth in your work or leadership.

 

From there, we discuss what would become possible if that transformation occurred. The goal of this session is for you to find the best coach for you, even if that turns out not to be me.​

  • Information to determine if you would like to move forward
